The black color of plastic is problematic when it comes to recycling. The technology responsible for sorting waste cannot cope with this color, which results in a huge amount of waste going to incinerators instead of being recycled as regranulate.
By launching our “Let’s Take Care of Our Planet” program, we have set ourselves the goal of constantly looking for solutions around us that would contribute to the reduction of environmental pollution.
Step by step, we are giving up the difficult to recycle black color of plastic, and already this year our plants, intended for rootwraps, were packed in transparent stretch film.
We believe that this small change, and a number of other actions launched as part of our eco-friendly program, will have a significant impact on the world around us, and our actions will inspire others to make similar moves. 🌳🍃🌿
